All right, yeah, so when you hear the term root canal, that’s one of the worst sounding things on earth, you know, but there is a little bit of a, like you said, a little bit of a misnomer in regards to that. It’s not as bad as it could be and especially here at this place specifically. They do a really good job of providing you the care that you need, like I said, the proper medicine, proper touch that’s needed in order to get you in and out, get the problem fixed, and then go on your way pain-free. So I’ve had a couple of different things done here before that require a little bit of sedation medicine. And with that said, my experiences have been amazing. And my favorite part is that I don’t really remember any of it. Getting through something pain-free and also not having the memories of having to go through something like major dental work, which is something that gives a lot of people anxiety, including myself, the way that they do it here is something that makes you continue to come back, even just a regular cleaning experience. And so with that said, you know, I use the nitrous gas as well, and that’s helped out and made the whole process a lot more enjoyable. And again, it makes you want to come back, feel like you can have the comfort in coming back and getting worked on again.

It’s been great having one place to be able to go to to bring all of us, all five of us, our three girls come here and it’s really great to have a place where they can go to and they’re comfortable with it. They are able to work with talking kids or kids that might not listen as well sometimes or might want to talk instead of getting their teeth cleaned and they just take it in stride and they work with them and it’s really nice and easy, just a one-stop place for us. I really love how easy they are to work with with scheduling. It’s easy to call and make an appointment or switch but you can also text their line which makes it very convenient and we love that they offer sedation dentistry to calm us down whenever we might be anxious about some sort of appointment and we love that our kids can come here too and that they feel comfortable with it. I would encourage anyone to give them a chance, to come here to bring their whole family. They will not be disappointed.

Something was wrong with my bite, and they immediately saw that this was going to give me trouble in the future. They recommended that I get all my uppers crowned. And, of course, that’s a very expensive operation. But the more I considered it, and the more I realized who I was working with, I have complete trust in Dr. Volner and his staff. I trusted his judgment completely, and his recommendation that I needed my whole uppers crowned is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life. It’s worked out extremely well. Everyone says my smile is better than it used to be, so I’m very, very satisfied that I made that decision.

Dr. Volner makes you very comfortable, and the staff does, but then they explain in detail exactly what they’re going to do and what you would expect once you have the procedure.

One of the highlights of the experience here is you know exactly what to expect. You know you’re not going to get hurt. You’re not going to feel any pain because they’ll make whatever adjustments are necessary in order to alleviate any uncomfort that you might have. So the procedures here have always been so professional and top-notch.

Well, I would recommend anyone to come here to get any dental work done because I know you’re going to walk out the door successful. They’re going to make sure all your concerns are taken care of. I know you’re going to be in a comfortable environment, and they’re going to take care of all your needs. I unhesitatingly and unequivocally recommend the Volner Family Dental Clinic to everyone, regardless of their ages.

So, I was missing some teeth naturally, just missing some teeth. And then I also had some teeth that weren’t fully grown, that they were really small compared to the rest of my teeth. The doctor gave me options to have either bridges or dental implants done.

With dental implants, it is a process to get them done. And so we had different steps that we had to take, but during the process, they would let me know, you know, what the next step was. I would have to have temporary solutions because, in the meantime, they wanted to make sure that you still were confident.

It’s a friendly environment, that’s one of the things. And like I said, you’re given options, and they walk you through the steps. They walk you through the process. They remind you of your appointments. They tell you what’s gonna happen next. They want the best option for you to have the best smile you can.

I was returning a rental car at the airport, and they have the moving sidewalk. When I got to the end of it, it kind of pushed me forward, kind of, and I tripped and fell and cracked my tooth in the front and it also pushed the tooth behind the other one. I came here to see what they can do or what can be done about it, and they fixed me right up. So, you know, I lost confidence in myself. I wouldn’t take pictures, I wouldn’t smile, or anything like that, but after that, I got my smile back. And I think it’s a good place to come for any emergency, any general issues you might have. They make you very comfortable. They also make you comfortable with what they know. You know what I mean? You’re not going in and speaking like, oh, I don’t know what they’re gonna do, or how, they explain all that. They explain like your options that you can have. First thing is they try to save the tooth. So implants is good, and I enjoy them, but they may not be your option. They may not be what you want. So they will go over that with you, make you feel as comfortable as possible. And once you make that decision, the work that they’re doing is great.

So I had braces growing up and my teeth have slowly kind of moved back to where they used to be and I was very self-conscious about that. The commitment to Invisalign was a very easy process. It did not take long for my teeth to get corrected. The visits that I had to come into, they worked with my schedule and I was in and out the door back to work. I feel like Invisalign offers people the option to have the correction of braces but in a more discreet form. That way they don’t have to worry about hiding braces or hiding behind something while they’re getting their teeth straightened. Now that I have had Invisalign, I do not have to hide my smile anymore. I feel much more confident showing my smile and I’m very glad that I did this.

We pretty much love everything about the practice here. It’s very family-friendly. Even some of the most difficult procedures that you can have done, you know, dentally, they do an amazing job and make it less stressful and less painful than most places that we’ve been in the past.

First and foremost, the staff just all around is extremely kind. It doesn’t matter which one of the ladies back there in the back work on you. Dr. Volner himself do a great job.

With some of the most extensive dental work that you can have done, by far, they make it an easy process where you don’t have pain for days, you know, on end after you get the procedures done.

I’m the kind of person that I’m not a big fan of dental work. But me and my wife, we’ve had everything from root canals to bridges to fillings and things such as that. This is the place that I would recommend. They do an amazing job making sure, number one, that they fix the problems that you have. They have plans going forward to do the work in the future. They spread it out very well.

My biggest thing is the fact that they make you as comfortable as possible. And that’s everything from how welcoming they are to also the pain level they help minimize.

Growing up, I had issues with my teeth. And so back home, we’re not from here, and so back home, I had a dentist that saw me as a child and he was great once he figured out the issue and everything. Well, when I moved up here, and he passed away and it was just hard to find a dentist. And the one that we did find, we had a bad experience. And so that kind of shied us away from finding somebody else.

And so we stopped, we waited, and then we finally said, okay, well, we’ve got to go to the dentist. And we came here. When we’ve talked about sedation dentistry with them, they took it in stride. They offered it. They didn’t make us feel ridiculous for being adults and wanting sedation for whatever kind of treatment that we’re getting, whether it’s nitrous for teeth cleaning that my husband gets or a pill to knock us out for something stronger. And I’ve just gone in a couple of days before and gotten the pill. And they give me the instructions on when to take it.

Once I take the pill, I mean, it’s actually a great day because I don’t remember anything. So it’s been really easy, and they’re really great to work with. If there’s any fear, they will help you and calm you down from it and will not make you feel silly for being scared or nervous. And they will put aside any kind of fears that you might have. And they’ll talk to you, work with you, and take it easy, take it slow if you need it, give you whatever that you need. They’re just so easy and friendly to work with.

Well, I tell you, they’ve got a sign here that says, “Come on in, we’re awesome.” And that’s exactly what they are. I come here because it’s great service. It’s a family-friendly dental office. My wife comes here. My son came here until he moved to Kentucky. And it’s just a great place to come to get it… You know, not everyone wants to come to the dentist. But here, they make it as comfortable and friendly as they can. And they’ve succeeded. What sets them apart from other dental offices is their courtesy, their professionalism, and just their friendliness. They’re a lot of fun to be around. I never come without, you know, cracking a smile and making some jokes and that kind of thing. The quality of care I’ve received here has been just superb. I’ve had a lot of dental work done. I’ve had my entire uppers done with new crowns. And I never miss a cleaning. But it’s the crown work probably, is that I’ve had…the most extensive work I’ve had done. And it’s all been first-rate. I would just say it’s the most comfortable atmosphere one could ever expect at a dental office. They do make you feel like you’re part of the family. And that’s very important for everyone.

One of the reasons that I like coming to this practice is because it is a friendly office, no judgment zone. So if you have a lot of issues with your teeth or dental care, and sometimes people are intimidated about going to the dentist because they might not have been doing the right thing, they’re going to give you the best options to help you with your dental care without you feeling like you did something wrong.

They understand that a smile or your teeth is very important, and that’s something that’s very important to people. It can affect people’s self-esteem. So if you don’t have a good smile, if you’re not confident, they understand that, and they want to give you the best options available.

I think one of the ways that they set themselves apart is the fact that they seem like they try to individualize people’s care, and it’s not just something fast. They try to get to know your personality. They try to get to understand what would work best for you and not just give the quickest or the easiest option.

The quality of care is very good. Every time that you come into the office, you’re greeted by all of the staff. When they see you even walking down the hallway, they’ll greet you by name. And they recognize you. They know you. And so I feel like the quality of care is very good.

I feel like this is one of the best dentist office that I’ve been to. Like I said before, I mean, you can expect a no-judgment zone. I felt comfortable with all the options that they provided. And they walked you through the steps. It wasn’t like you were lost. They took time to explain to you why they were doing what they were doing. And I just felt like I was in the loop the whole time. And I felt like I understood what was going on.

It’s a great family atmosphere here. When you walk in the door, everybody greets you by the first name. You know, like everybody knows you. A lot of you may have an appointment at a doctor or whatnot, you sit in the lobby like hours. Here, they call your name, how you doing, good morning, and then you don’t even get seated. They’re just like, we’re ready. So you just go back in the back and have your service done. Soon as service is over, you come back to the front and they will schedule you around your schedule. It fits. So whatever time you have available, they are available. They give you options of what you want to do. They don’t just force something on you. So you get a chance to evaluate what you want to do, think about the price, the cost. You make your own decision, basically. All my in-laws here, my father-in-law, my mother-in-law, my sister-in-law, the whole families are here. So I think that this would be a place for you to come if you’re from out of town and you just don’t know where to go. This would be a great place to go.

This office is probably one of the best clinics I’ve ever been to as far as care goes, speed of service. They really care about their patients. They’re fast to get you in and out, and I never have to wait very long when I come here. Dr. Volner is very friendly. He’s always got a smile on his face. He’s educated, he knows what he’s talking about, and he just always makes me feel like I’m in good hands. So coming to the dentist is a positive experience because I can trust my dental hygienist. I can trust Dr. Volner and his team. They have made it just a very comfortable experience all around. When I come here, I just feel like I’m at home. I feel like the people behind the desk are my friends. They know me by my name, and I just get well taken care of. At Volner Family Dentistry, you can expect exceptional care and smiling faces.

Most of the other dentist office that I’ve been to seem to try to rush you in, rush you out. They’re not as friendly. They’re very friendly and they want you to feel comfortable with whatever they’re doing. And so any kind of questions that you ask, they don’t make you feel dumb or anything like that.

The quality of care is top-notch. I’ve been to others that are not, and this one has been great. If I’ve ever had any issue, all I have to do is call or text and they get back with me immediately and are willing to help. And that is actually very rare anyway because they usually do everything right the first time and there hasn’t been any issues.

My husband and I do not really enjoy going to the dentist. And so it had been a while and we were looking for a new dentist. And so this one was recommended to us by somebody on Facebook. And so we decided to try to give it a chance, and they did not make us feel silly for there being so much time in between our appointments. They were just so friendly and took it in stride and they didn’t put us down or anything. And we’ve actually recommended them to friends and our in-laws that moved up here that are coming here now. We recommend them to anybody that’s looking for a dentist.
